After a long time contemplating if and when i wanted to change blogging platforms and design, i finally made the move.
This is just a short post to let all you regular readers know I've moved to http://chloealbuery.co.uk over on wordpress.

Thank you to those who have put up with my on and off blogging stages and comment on my latest posts - it means the world! But, there'll be no more of those on and off moments now - it just got serious - and I'm more determined than ever to get stuck back in again.

After recently getting back into working on living a lot healthier, I've been more experimental and motivated with making/cooking my own healthier diet.

Alongside healthy eating comes exercise, in which I believe you cannot become healthier or lose weight without performing both in conjunction with one another. Exercise will definitely make a big difference in weight loss, and energy increase IF you eat right before and after it.

Within a workout everyone loses a lot of energy so after a workout, during what we call the recovery period, this needs to be replaced and can be done right by choosing the correct post workout nutritions. There are usually three specific purposes of this: to replenish (energy stores), increase muscle quality, and repair (any damage caused by the workout).

My chosen post workout snack provides me with a lot of protein, used for growth and repair. (100g of 0% Fat natural Greek yoghurt contains 7.3g of Protein).

I use roughly 200g of this yoghurt which provides me with nearly 15g of protein, an excellent way to replace the amount lost during exercise. I then mix frozen bananas and strawberries with water in my Blend Active blender until it reaches a thick, smooth consistency. Layering this on top of the yoghurt and adding sweet freedom natural sweetener if I need it, this makes the perfect refuel food for that post workout recovery period.

I have found my perfect nude lipstick. I actually have. And yes, when everyone kept saying this I thought "no way can this be perfect for everyone, and especially not me". I put my hands up, I was wrong.

If you haven't already guessed it, it's the L'Oreal Paris Color Riche Collection Privée (only a little bit of a mouthful). Cheryl's nude - Barely Greige - is perfect for me!
The colour is absolutely beautiful. It's a natural pink toned nude, looks classy, smart, and is great for any time or occasion!

As you probably already know, my lips are super dry most of the time, so I always moisturise my lips before lipstick application. But I've found this lipstick really easy to apply whether I do this or not, and I don't necessarily need a gloss on top. It's really creamy so doesn't leave my lips dried out after it's worn off, even after lasting quite a while.

I purchased this on Boots' 3 for 2 offer, but priced at £6.99 this lipstick is great value during usual sale. When I first purchased this way back, on the boots website it said they were limited edition so I popped back into Boots and purchased my second one, again on 3 for 2. Fortunately I now believe these are staying in the L' Oreal Collection so I can continue buying replacements to my hearts content!

After wearing this day after day, I can honestly advise you to go and swatch this if you're still looking for your perfect nude lipstick - it's perfect.
